Hypothetical Rockets Trade, BYU Student Makes a Big Mistake, I Love DeSean Jackson, Blake Griffin Rap

Here's your lovable host totally throwing a trade against the wall for your consumption. If you're Daryl Morey, would you do the following?:

Rockets trade Yao Ming, Chase Budinger, Jordan Hill, Shane Battier, and Aaron Brooks to the Nuggets. The Rockets trade Brad Miller to the Lakers.

The Nuggets send Carmelo Anthony and Al Harrington to the Lakers. The Nuggets send Chauncey Billups to the Rockets.

The Lakers send Lamar Odom and Andrew Bynum to the Rockets.

This is the end result for each team.
Rockets: Chauncey Billups, Lamar Odom, Andrew Bynum
Lakers: Carmelo Anthony, Brad Miller, Al Harrington
Nuggets: Aaron Brooks, Hill/Patterson, Shane Battier, Yao, Chase Budinger

The Rockets depth would look like this:
Rockets
PG: Billups, Lowery
SG: Martin, Lee
SF: Odom
PF: Scola, Hayes
C: Bynum, Hill/Patterson

Obviously, this trade does not make the Rockets a title contender, but it does make them a playoff team. It makes them awfully interesting if they have a motivated Lamar Odom. Would you make this trade? Do you the Lakers and Nuggets would do this trade? mattandadam@sports790.com
