Dave Bliss, one of the biggest scumbags in the history of man kind is back at it again. You may remember Bliss as the turd who tried to frame one of his players as a drug dealer after he had been murdered by another one of Bliss' recruits. Well he's back in Texas, lieing/cheating/stealing again.
