Matt Maiocco from CSNBayArea.com did a 5year study of NFL team drafts and ranked the teams accordingly. He actually ranked the Texans much higher than I would have at #14. It seems to me that the Texans draft "retention" ie the number of draft picks remaining on their roster is a reflection of both their poor performance during the season and their overall reluctance to sign free agents.
