David Lagana is a former WWE Writer/Producer from 2002-2008. He wrote for Smackdown and then ECW.
When Paul Heyman left the WWE Stephanie McMahon put David Lagana in charge or ECW. This was when CM Punk was first starting out in WWE on the show ECW and it was David Lagana who was pushing for CM Punk to become a star in WWE.
